Use of CytoSorb in a patient with sternal abscess after multiple aortic valve replacements with MRSA sepsis and severe septic shock

This case reports on a 62-year-old patient who was transferred from a peripheral clinic to the Albertinen Hospital due to a sternal abscess and with methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)-induced sepsis and severe septic shock.
