Use of CytoSorb in a patient with severe hyperinflammation due to acute pancreatitis

This report describes the case of a 68-year-old female patient with a history of arterial hypertension, depression and hypothyroidism, who presented at the Emergency Department because of severe abdominal pain and vomiting.
